All orders are subject to standard terms of service. By placing an order, you are accepting these terms of service.
How to Order
The Nefful on-line shop is very simple to use. Order details may be changed up to the “confirm order” stage. Should we be unable for whatever reason to fulfil your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible – normally within 24 hours of receipt of the order. We reserve the right to refuse orders.
Payment must be made using a credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. None of your account details are passed to our database. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Payment may be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD – S$) , US Dollars (USD - US$) or Euro (€). We do not accept payment in any other currencies. Where electronic transfer of funds is impracticable, please contact us to ask whether the service can be provided free of charge.
Where possible we will dispatch accepted orders within 3 days, Delivery to the rest of the world is very difficult to predict since timescales are largely out of our control(such as bad weather) and usually delivered up to 4 weeks. However, customers in many destinations will receive their deliveries in much shorter periods. If there is any known problem or delay with these expected delivery times, just contact our customer service, we will help you check and resolve any problem.
We only ship to your confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase.
Item will be posted by "SingPost/Ta-Q-Bin/China Post/HongKong Post" registered air mail, items can be checked and tracked online. You have an option to choose by Express Courier with additional cost.
Import duties, customs taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
We sell products of the highest quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will respond in accordance with our returns policy quoted below.
For Nefful products, We do not accept returns but we will exchange unworn merchandise with all tags attached in its original package within 14-day from the invoice date for an exchange. Exchanges are allowed only if you are exchanging for an item or items of equal or greater value. Products will not be allowed for exchange if it has been used (e.g. tried on, worn, washed, discolored or damaged). There will be no exchange for any promotional items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to a typographical or other error on the part of our website, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product whether or not the order has been confirmed or the relevant payment made. Under such circumstances, when payment has been made and the order is cancelled by the Coolest-Products.com, we will refund to your account for the incorrectly charged amount ASAP.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. When orders are placed for our products we receive details of the customer’s name, e-mail address and delivery address. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of service quoted here shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. If any disputes arise, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
